1. What cookies are
Cookies and similar technologies are small files or identifiers that may be stored on the user's device or may access information on the device when visiting a website. They facilitate certain functions, allow sessions to be maintained and, where appropriate, analyse browsing.
2. Scope and persons responsible
This Policy applies to tsorbix.com, jointly managed by GLOBAL JOURNEY CONSULTING SL and COREGRAM CONSULTORES SL. Full identification data appears in the Legal Notice.
3. Types of cookies used
For the classification, reference has been made to the Cookie Policy published by Global Journey Consulting on its corporate website, which identifies first-party session cookies and Google Analytics analytics cookies. That policy mentions as an example / its own use ASP.NET_SessionId and, for Google Analytics, _ga, _gat and _gid.

Important: this table reproduces the categories, names and purposes that appear in the public Cookie Policy of Global Journey Consulting, but the actual installation on TS Orbix must be technically verified before publishing. The GJC policy consulted presents these names as cookies used and attributes the analytics to Google Analytics (_ga, _gat and _gid).
4. First-party cookies
First-party cookies are sent to the device from a domain managed by the publisher. On TS Orbix, ASP.NET_SessionId may be used to maintain the session when a feature requires it. If the cookie is no longer strictly necessary or any additional purpose is added, its legal basis and classification must be reviewed.
5. Third-party cookies: Google Analytics
The Cookie Policy of Global Journey Consulting identifies Google Analytics as a provider of analytics cookies and lists _ga, _gat and _gid. These cookies are used to analyse the browsing experience and improve the website.
On TS Orbix, these cookies may only be loaded after consent when this is legally required. If the Google Analytics configuration changes, this inventory must be updated and the privacy, measurement and possible international transfer configuration must be reviewed.
6. Consent
Cookies that are not strictly necessary may only be installed or activated after obtaining valid consent when required. The management mechanism must allow accepting, rejecting and configuring the categories with equal ease and must allow consent to be withdrawn or modified afterwards.
Mere browsing or inactivity does not constitute valid consent. Refusing cookies must not be hidden or made harder than accepting them.
7. Blocking, revocation and deletion
The user may block or delete cookies through their browser settings. This may affect certain functions, especially those related to user sessions.
In addition, TS Orbix must provide an accessible mechanism to modify or withdraw consent given for non-essential cookies.
8. Recipients and transfers
Partner companies or providers involved in cookies must be identified in the settings panel and in the updated inventory. Where applicable, transfers to third countries and the legal mechanism used will be disclosed.
9. Updates
This Policy may be amended due to regulatory changes, AEPD instructions, changes in TS Orbix, the inclusion or removal of cookies, changes of providers or changes in their purposes.

Implementation note: the Cookie Policy of Global Journey Consulting consulted identifies ASP.NET_SessionId and the _ga, _gat and _gid cookies of Google Analytics. Before publishing TS Orbix, a real scan of the domain must be performed to confirm that these cookies are actually being set and to detect any other cookies, pixels, SDKs, localStorage or third-party technologies.
